Responsibilities:
As a member of the Pod, you'll:

Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword research, ad copy and media creation, and A/B testing on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and various ad platforms like Influencer Marketing Hub.

Monitor and adjust campaign performance to achieve desired KPIs, such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
Produce and upkeep ad-specific landing pages using Unbounce and Webflow.
Generate regular reports providing insights, analysis, and recommendations for optimization.
Leverage customer data to optimize ad strategies and maximize ROI.
Explore different channels and communities that we should consider investing in.

Work collaboratively with product and marketing to make sure that our message and ads get shown to the right people at the right time.


Requirements:
~3-4 years of proven experience in paid marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
~ Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot
~ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
~ Creative problem-solving ability and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
~ Experience with MixPanel, Heap, Pendo, and Segment is considered a plus
~ Knowledge of coding or web development is considered a plus.
