Position Summary:
The Regional Medical Affairs Specialist (MSL) operates as a highly skilled, field-based scientific authority who interacts with healthcare professionals and external experts within a designated region, facilitating the exchange of clinical, scientific, and research information regarding Page Mechanical Group's products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and sustain professional relationships with key stakeholders in the territory, including healthcare professionals (HCPs), investigators, medical thought leaders, advocacy groups, payors, managed care organizations, research scientists, and government representatives.
2. Conduct interactions in a compliant manner, adhering to all local, state, and national regulations and guidelines.
3. Gather and share critical insights on disease states and competitive markets across various functions within Page Mechanical Group.

Expertise Development:
Act as the primary subject matter expert in the field for Medical Affairs, identifying and nurturing ongoing peer-to-peer relationships with national and regional medical thought leaders, including academic centers of excellence and community practice organizations.

Research Collaboration:
Facilitate the submission of investigator-initiated trials and collaborative research inquiries, providing guidance on the publication and presentation of clinical data in accordance with company policies.

Support and Education:
Assist in the creation of Medical Affairs documents aligned with corporate objectives, including slide decks, standard response letters, and training materials. Support medical education initiatives such as speaker programs and scientific symposia for relevant healthcare professionals.

Market Access Contribution:
Provide scientific and medical support for the Market Access team, contributing expertise to the development and execution of promotional and educational activities.

Representation:
Represent Page Mechanical Group at medical/scientific conferences, advisory boards, outreach meetings, and other relevant activities, including thought leader engagement and congress planning.

Communication:
Maintain regular communication with management and project teams regarding emerging standards of care, changes in therapeutic areas, and clinician needs.

Field Medical Resource:
Serve as a field medical resource, responding to medical inquiries promptly and accurately, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a scientific discipline required (MD, PhD, PharmD, MSN) with direct clinical practice experience in oncology or a related field. Experience in a small biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment is preferred. Must demonstrate flexibility, results orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging matrix organization.

Skills:
Proficiency in interpreting clinical data and integrating clinical experience to communicate findings effectively. Ability to create and deliver impactful scientific presentations for diverse audiences. Strong team-building and collaboration skills at all functional levels.
