Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable du développement et de l'exécution d'un contenu de médias sociaux engageant qui s'aligne sur notre philosophie de cuisine maison et qui est lié à nos événements et campagnes de marketing.

Dana Hospitality (a part of Dexterra Group) provides exceptional food service solutions to various clients, including McGill University.

As the primary food service provider on the campus, we are committed to delivering homemade cooking and creating an inclusive and enjoyable dining experience for students and other guests.

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at McGill University.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content that aligns with our scratch cooking philosophy and ties into our marketing events and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:
Own our social media presence. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies to ensure our presence remains relevant and impactful.

Content Creation:

Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms (primarily Instagram and Facebook), including graphics, photos, videos, and written content—expert ability to produce reels, photography, short videos, carousels and stories.


Content Calendar Management:
Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content. Plan and schedule posts, ensuring optimal timing and frequency to reach and engage our target audience.

Social Media Reporting:
Generate weekly reports on KPIs and organically grow our digital footprint month-to-month.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track the performance of campaigns, and report on key insights and recommendations to optimize our social media presence.

Use data-driven insights to drive strategy and make informed decisions.

Engagement and Community Management:
Engage with our audience, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and build strong relationships with our online community. Foster engagement and drive conversation around our brand and products/services.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Collaborate with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify our brand's reach and engagement.

Graphic Design and Video Editing:

Utilize your graphic design and video editing skills to create visually appealing and high-quality content that aligns with our brand guidelines.

Design and create marketing collateral including loyalty cards, posters, signage, etc.

Event Planning:
Work with the marketing team to determine creative and fun events that include sampling, contests, and décor. Coordinate and support marketing events in dining halls and retail spaces, assisting in logistics, promotions, coverage, and post-event follow
