EMAIL MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Marketing Manager

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for our brands.

Social Media:

  • Contribute to the creation of onbrand content to foster engagement, build communities, and increase brand awareness across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
  • Collect and organize all necessary assets from brand managers for the effective execution of social media strategies.
  • Work with ambassadors and partners to produce unique content, including texts, photoshoots, videos, etc.
  • Collaborate with ambassadors to ensure timely delivery of content and commitments.
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality across all social media platforms.
  • Analyze the results of marketing activations, contests, and blog articles, providing datadriven insights for future improvements.
  • Respond to all comments and messages in both French and English on all social platforms.
  • Serve as the point of contact for retail accounts and their social media managers, providing access to our content when required.
  • Coordinate with the inhouse graphic designer to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Ensure adherence to the marketing calendar and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the inhouse graphic designer to produce assets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or public relations (not mandatory but welcomed).
  • Proficiency in both English and French with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Strong problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated creativity in content creation.
  • Datadriven mindset with a balance of creativity and analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt as a team player.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and the ability to explore new ones.
  • Efficient and detailoriented work ethic.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with Photoshop and Canva.
  • Bonus points if you enjoy outdoor activities.
