JEGANTIC HOSPITALITY GROUP (Yoko Luna, Bord'Elle, The Farsides, Hang, Boa Vida Yacht Club, Bambino) is expanding its SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING department and we're looking for a thriving, do-it-all, digital marketing agency with a trailblazing vision to take on the JEGantic Group as a primary client.
JEGantic is a well-established and rapidly growing hospitality group that sets itself apart from the generic by combining a unique blend of cool and commercial.
Each venue has its own distinct and immaculately procured identity, carefully put together through travels, research, and the President's wild imagination.
The attention to detail and focus on quality have led most JEGantic venues to be part of the top 1% in terms of sales and being highly sought-after.
The overall vision of the group is reflected in the company's mantra: _Fine Dining Without Limits._
The JEGantic Group operates six venues, with three new venues currently underway for 2024. This is a job that will require the management of all of our social media accounts.
The agency selected must prove they have the capacity and resources to do this job with the highest degree of effectiveness.
Your agency will be responsible for:
- Pioneering the development and execution of a social media strategy that reflects the individuality of each JEGantic venue and targets relevant demographic groups
- Collaborating closely with JEGantic's President, Lead Designer, Content Creators, and Management teams to develop cohesive, unique, and innovative visual content
- Implementing Social Media Strategy to increase our online presence with the goal of increasing reservations and generating sales to our restaurants and nightclubs
- Developing a biweekly social media calendar and presents this to the President and Lead Designer in biweekly meetings two weeks prior to the beginning of the cycle
- Leading and managing the daytoday execution of social media strategy, including posting the scheduled content on Instagram stories, Instagram feed, and all other social media platforms
- Delivering weekly reports and recommends next steps for brand enhancement and venue growth
- Implementing SEO best practices
- Creates Facebook events, targeting the relevant demographics, for JEGantic special events across all venues
- Staying uptodate with local influencers, brands, and events and makes recommendations for collaborations
- Organizing the execution of reposting clients Instagram stories promptly
- Integrating autoreply systems to respond to messages received on Facebook and Instagram
- Organizing and directing monthly photoshoots and biweekly video shoots at each venue with a targeted vision dependant on the current needs of the venue
Skills and capabilities required:
- Extensive knowledge of the social landscape, with an understanding of upscale hospitality (restaurants and nightlife) and a passion for integrating current trends and creating fresh ideas
- Selfmotivated and resourceful with excellent organizational and leadership skills including the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate a number of projects/campaigns simultaneously in response to specific marketing needs
- Ability to expand our social media presence into Tik Tok, Twitter, Threads, and LinkedIn
Must haves:
- A solid track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies with proven results
- An understanding of the everchanging social media landscape is essential. The role requires the successful agency to have the ability to report on performance, analyze results and present insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- The successful agency is enthusiastic, organized, thinks two steps ahead, and is exhilarated by this job offer.
- Spoken and written bilingualism (excellent English and good French)
- Must be based in Montreal and surroundings
