THE POSITION
In your role, as an Accounting & Finance Recruitment Consultant (full cycle) recruiter capable of building and managing your own desk; you will be interacting to find and engage with a wide range of clients and candidates introducing them to new exciting opportunities that you uncover which will make a lasting impression on their career.
You will be recruiting for roles such as; CFO, Controller, Senior Accountant, Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting Manager, Corporate Accountant, Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, Senior Property Accountant, Recovery and Revenue Accountant, and more A stable focal point of the Hays Canada business. The Accounting & Finance division is unique in that it is responsible for looking after all accounting or finance roles within any industry Sustain and grow current business by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the decision-makers. Actively pursue new business opportunities by researching new customer groups, new clients and new business strategies. Formally meet with potential clients and make convincing proposals and presentations in order to secure new business and achieve established sales targets Actively gather competitive intelligence within the business environment, including client groups, competitors with government departments.Qualifications:
MUST HAVE direct sales, business development or cold calling experience You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen. At Hays, we offer a dynamic and high-performing work environment where our uncapped commission structure surpasses industry standards. We are committed to recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of our employees. The salary for this role consists of a base salary of $40,, with an average earning potential of $65, in the first year. However, it is important to note that there is ample opportunity to exceed this earning potential.
