We have a team of passionate and knowledgeable professionals:
registered holistic nutritionists, naturopaths, herbalists, homeopaths, and pharmacists. Finlandia is known for bridging the gap between traditional and alternative medicine.


Finlandia has an onsite compounding facility, an herbal dispensary, a comprehensive collection of homeopathic remedies, and carries a series of private label supplement products.


We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant As a Sales Consultant, you will be assisting customers in optimizing their health using your knowledge in natural supplements, herbal products, and skin care.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and advice on health protocols and supplements to support customers individual health needs;
  • Select and recommend specific products and services based on customer needs and requirements;
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that customer questions, concerns, and issues are addressed in a professional manner;
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and potential customers to facilitate sales;
  • Ensure that product shelves are stocked, organized, and presented neatly;
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment;
  • Work and cooperate within a multidepartment setting with Pharmacists, Herbalists and Skincare specialists;
  • Refer customers to health practitioners within and outside of Finlandia Health Store and Pharmacy.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Educational credentials or relevant work experience in one or more areas of natural health

Examples of relevant education:
Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Naturopath, Homeopath or Herbalist, Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, etc.

  • At least one year of experience in a retail sales or customer service role
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and retail business processes
  • Ability to work diligently in a fastpaced retail environment with a high volume of customers
  • Goal oriented and selfmotivated
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Desire to learn more about natural health and supplement industry through product training, personal research, and keeping up with market trends
  • Selfstarter and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Availability to work during the weekend
  • Additional languages considered assets
