Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Becoming familiarized with nationwide provincial rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Understand how to create knowledge base articles to guide our clients

  • Experience with banking and credit card handling is a plus.

Hours of Work
Anywhere within 9AM-5PM or 12PM-8PM. Rotating on-call coverage for weekends
