The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive support for all aspects of the Dealer-FX Retail Service Solution. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for managing incoming support requests from both internal and external clients through various communication channels.
  2. Utilize your analytical and communication skills to resolve complex issues and provide accurate solutions in line with service level agreements.
  3. Effectively manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.
  4. Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure clients receive timely updates and swift resolutions.
  5. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  6. Navigate intricate cases with a creative approach, escalating issues as needed while maintaining thorough documentation.
  7. Proactively address customer concerns and offer training on best practices related to our software solutions.
  8. Conduct root cause analysis for user-related issues.
  9. Participate in a monthly on-call support rotation.
Qualifications:
  1. A college diploma or university degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Previous experience in a helpdesk or call center environment is advantageous.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
