- The hourly compensation is $17. Comprehensive training will be conducted on-site, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Atlantic time. You must be available for in-person training. Post-training, there may be opportunities for remote work based on performance and eligibility criteria.
- The operational hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Candidates must be open to working 8-hour shifts within these hours.

Your responsibilities will include assisting customers and providing technical support regarding their cellphone accounts, mobile devices, or billing inquiries through our chat support system.
- Adhere to risk and compliance protocols and company policies.
- Investigate technical information and develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to offer innovative solutions to customer challenges.
Strong written communication skills are essential for our customer service chat platform, along with demonstrated soft skills – you must be kind, patient, and supportive, even in challenging situations.
- Previous experience in troubleshooting is preferred; while coding knowledge is not required, familiarity with Android and iOS platforms, as well as browsers in Windows and Mac environments, is beneficial.
- A curious mindset and resourcefulness are crucial – you should be eager to understand issues deeply and find the right information to aid in resolution.
- Experience in customer chat support is considered an asset.
