Overview:

We are currently seeking RNs and RPNs for Full-Time/Part-Time positions with overnight shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations.

What The Role Involves:

- Developing and implementing effective Care Plans for Community Health Services
- Providing nursing services to patients in diverse settings
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team

What You Bring:
- RN or RPN degree/diploma with CNO registration
- Passion for patient care and making a difference
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel
- CPR Certification and immunization record
- Clear vulnerable sector and background checks
