Duties:

  • Organize receipts
  • Scanning / Filing
  • Some bookkeeping
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in office administration or related field is preferred
This is a flexible position, one day a week at your convenience. Hybrid on site/ remote.
