Position Summary:


Acuren Group is excited to announce an opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our vibrant team at the client site in Burnaby, BC.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily review of timesheets & sign ins, and submissions to Payroll via FTP
  • Daily LEM preparation and submission
  • Employee craft set ups and changes
  • Weekly time entry review
  • Resolve pay issues or errors with site employees, escalate as necessary
  • Camp and flight bookings as required
  • Log flight bookings for cost tracking
  • Maintain schedule
  • Site access submissions and reactivations
  • Onboarding new employees in client platforms (CIRYS, CNSOP, LEM, MAXIMO)
  • Vehicle and visitor passes
  • Electronic filing of all admin documents

Requirements:

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Word (expert level).
  • Industry knowledge and experience with invoicing will be considered as asset.

Position Information

  • 5/2 shift rotation or 4/3 shift rotation
- $CA17.00 to $27.00/hr
