Digital Health Innovation (DHI) delivers provincial digital health strategies and business transformations by relentlessly focusing on the end user and the end-to-end health services journey for everyone in British Columbia. We concentrate on the design and delivery of digital health tools and platforms to support the ongoing evolution of a connected health system and digitally enabled health care. By collaborating with all provincial health sector partners, we ensure an equitable approach to addressing health sector priorities.

DHI is part of the Provincial Digital Health & Information Services (PDHIS) portfolio that was formed in July 2022 to enable our BC health system more effectively digitally and virtually. PDHIS brings together many organizational units from different parts of PHSA into one portfolio and includes a close partnership with the Ministry of Health to deliver on the BC Digital Health Strategy.
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Site Facilitator / Business Analyst to join our robust project team. In this role, you will provide essential support across various projects within our diverse portfolio, ensuring seamless collaboration with clinical stakeholders. Working closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and other team members, the Site Facilitator will play a crucial role in assisting with a wide range of tasks, including Business Analysis and project-related support activities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of project execution and documentation, facilitating the involvement of clinical stakeholders and ensuring their needs are met. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively, adapt to evolving project needs, and contribute to the success of our dynamic and multifaceted projects.
Services Required: Support the project lead in achieving project objectives Guide discussions and facilitate effective communication among team members and clinical/non-clinical stakeholders Manage processes to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks Foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve project goals Handle logistics and resources for various project activities Assist in documenting processes, decisions, and outcomes Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions Provide updates and feedback to the project lead and project team Identify and analyze project risks, proposing mitigation strategies and contingency plans Support stakeholder engagement (, Ministry of Health, Health Authorities, Doctors of BC, and vendor partners) as required Maintain detailed records of meetings, action items, and project progress Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather detailed requirements Create and maintain project artifacts, such as use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams as required Analyze and document user requirements and translate them into functional specifications Perform other related duties as assigned Specific Qualifications or Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in business, administration, project management, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to guide discussions and facilitate collaboration among diverse groups Experience in handling logistics and resources for projects Experience in business analysis, including process mapping and requirements gathering Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Ability to document processes and outcomes accurately Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies Ability to adapt and respond to changing project needs and priorities Experience working in BC Health Authorities considered an asset Knowledge of OceanMD and EMR systems considered a strong asset Seniority Level Descriptions: Senior An absolute minimum of eight (8) years of directly related Consulting Category experience. A Certificate in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of six (6) years of related Consulting Category experience; or A Diploma in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of five (5) years of related Consulting Category experience; or A Degree in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of four (4) years of related Consulting Category experience
