We're looking for a
Sales Team Lead to join our growing Sales team As a Sales Team Lead, you will be managing a team of Account Executives at OneLocal.

You'll be joining a passionate group of sales leaders and professionals who are striving to be masters of their craft.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company, with a rapidly evolving team.

You will have a direct impact on the growth of the Sales organization and play a key role in the success of OneLocal.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Coach and manage Account Executives on prospecting new leads, building relationships across a variety of channels, industries, and geographies, and developing a pipeline through daily cold calling
  • Support Account Executives in attaining their individual targets and guiding the team towards hitting the group target
  • Interview and hire new Account Executives
  • Maintain an uptodate understanding of all OneLocal offerings
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams on new customer implementations and upsell opportunities
  • Recommend process improvements and take on new projects to proactively evolve the sales approach and techniques

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience as an Sales Manager and previous experience running or exposed to a full sales cycle, including running product demos
  • Experience selling digital media (radio, local television, newspaper), digital solutions (websites, SEO, SEM), SaaS products, working with SMB's, or working in a startup are all nice to haves
  • Boast a record of exceeding your goals, having a direct impact on the web presence for local businesses, and consistent achievement towards sales targets
  • Experience with CRM, Sales Automation tools (we use Salesforce and Salesloft)
  • Passion for digital marketing and where it is heading
