Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating unique and delicious drinks.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Create innovative and visually appealing drink recipes
  • Ensure that all drinks are made to the highest quality standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and offering recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a fastpaced environment is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and current beverage trends
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for order totals and payment handling
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures in a food service setting
