Job Title: Lead Events Mixologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Events Mixologist to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for designing and executing our event bar concepts, managing a team of mixologists, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute unique cocktail menus tailored to each event
  • Lead and manage a team of mixologists, providing training and support as needed
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of bar operations at events on-site and off-site
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a mixologist, with a strong portfolio of creative cocktails
  • Prior experience in event catering or a similar environment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
