Job Title: Master Mixologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Mixologist to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for designing and executing our event bar concepts, managing a team of mixologists, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute unique cocktail menus tailored to each event.
  • Lead and manage a team of mixologists, providing training and support as needed.
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of bar operations at events on-site and off-site.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a mixologist, with a strong portfolio of creative cocktails.
