La Plume Bartender/Mixologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Mixologist to join our team at La Plume, a renowned restaurant in Toronto's King West neighbourhood. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including food and beverage pairings
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and a welcoming atmosphere
Requirements:
  • SmartServe certification
  • Proficient in English
  • At least 2 years of bartending experience in a similar environment
  • Impeccable knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Passion for food, beverage, and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
