Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tracking, including expense reports and invoice processing
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out meeting invitations
  • Supervise and train administrative staff, ensuring they adhere to office policies and procedures
  • Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
  • Assist with vendor management, including ordering supplies and negotiating contracts
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
