***We are searching for a student or recent graduate to join our People Stewardship team on a full-time basis for a four-month term this summer working out of our Kamloops office. We do things a little differently arou

- Growing and developing support the coordination of project team meetings and followup, research, information design and communications to help people thrive through their contribution including support with a coaching program rollout.
- Learning support the development and coordination of learning pathways and the implementation of our LinkedIn Learning hub, research and monitor trends in training.
- Culture and employee experience help to create a healthy and resilient culture of care and contribution, support building a stronger employee experience through involvement with our listening strategy, employee feedback, surveys and conversation and wellbeing initiatives.
About You
