Where You Come In

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Influence & Engagement to join Make-A-Wish Canada. This role involves leading initiatives to amplify our mission through brand awareness campaigns, strategic influencing, and impactful content development.

The responsibilities include managing a team, collaborating across departments, and enhancing the organization's reach and impact.

What You Will Do

  • Mission Awareness and Engagement Strategies: Develop comprehensive strategies to amplify awareness of our mission and drive engagement across communication channels
  • Influencer Strategy: Craft and execute influencer strategies to extend our reach and impact
  • Content Creation Strategy: Implement content creation roadmap tailored to target demographics
  • Regional Communications Strategy: Develop resource kits and oversee communication efforts for regional events
  • Data-Driven Communication Strategy Optimization: Leverage insights to refine communication strategies

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or relevant field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in communications or marketing roles
  • Expertise in mission awareness, influencer strategies, content creation, and regional communications
  • Proficient in leveraging data-driven insights and excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management and adaptability to evolving trends
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and occasional travel
