***Being an effective Influencer Strategist means you've spent a few years learning the tricks of the trade and are ready to put your skills to work helping a passionate and fast-growing agency.


If you have tangible experience activating influencers for compelling long-term campaigns grounded in meaningful content and effective social tactics, we'd like to hear from you.


We're looking for a self-starter who has a passion for strategic and creative thinking, coupled with a natural ability to build deep relationships (both with influencers and clients).

You are both strategic and operational; ready to lead projects, deliver stellar client service, and increase the digital capabilities and insights of the practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership, Planning and Execution:

  • Build strategies around the power of digital/social influence to inspire cutting edge solutions/creative/executions for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross functional project teams to motivate, create and implement short and longterm digital/social influence strategies
  • Identify new opportunities for digital/social influence, enforce processes, provide quality assurance and implement best practices across all engagements
  • Integrate digital/social influence initiatives across multiple platforms and channels
  • Lead client accounts in the research and identification of influencers across a variety of platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Snapchat, Youtube, etc.).

Related responsibilities in the process include:
Influencer outreach and contract negotiations, content calendar development, influencer seeding, campaign monitoring and reporting, with the support of the larger team

  • Lead and manage multiple influencer projects from end to end from identification to execution by anticipating challenges while ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Day to day development and management of project plans for strategic deliverables
  • Creation of brand & campaign strategies, creative briefs, and clientfacing POVs as required
  • Guiding channel planning for integrated campaigns.
  • Development and delivery of compelling presentations
  • Collaboration with Creative, Project Management & Client Management groups to enable impactful creative that delivers on and exceeds client objectives
  • Mentor influencer team members with a focus on strategic insights, digital/social influencer created content, analytics and reporting

Influencer Outreach and Management:

  • Identify digital influencers and online media targets, and establish key relationships that convert into meaningful coverage for clients
  • Lead the development of content briefing documents for influencers that outline program details, campaign objectives and content expectations as it relates to the program's strategic direction.
  • Demonstrate proficiency while taking the lead on making influencer recommendations and content direction while ensuring that it fits into the strategic approach.
  • Foster and retain relationships with strong networks of influencers to distribute content across channels
  • Assist in the creation of all SOW's for digital influencer programs
  • Act as client facing representative on digital/social influencer programs
  • Communicate progress and status to the client and internal agency teams
  • Track budgets and schedules to ensure deliverables are executed on time and on budget

Research and Reporting:

  • Research and evaluate industry trends and emerging opportunities in the digital, social and influencer space.
  • Analyse brand positioning and performance and extract insights for clients
  • Establish benchmarks for campaign reporting
  • Measure, monitor, and report ongoing results & ROI for multiple clients and campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital strategyrelated roles
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Background in influencer strategy and tactical campaign planning
  • High comfort level with research and data, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Passion for influencer marketing and how it fits into the overall strategic plan.
  • Experience with influencer relations, including negotiation, providing feedback, etc.
