The Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team provides practice excellence and community engagement for more than 300 change practitioners at TD.

Enterprise Change Management works to elevate TD's change capabilities and talent, enabling our change community to consistently create high impact change outcomes.

The ECM team is regarded as a critical component of TD's Transformation, Enablement and Customer Experience (TECE) business.

Job Description:


The Senior Change Strategist partners with business leaders and enterprise functions (e.g., Human Resources Business Partners, Organization Effectiveness, Corporate Communications) to develop strategies and roadmaps supporting seamless transition of TD colleagues to Practices and CoEs, and guiding these talent communities to operate at full maturity to achieve best-in-class capabilities and expertise.


Critical skills and experiences for this role include:

  • A proven track record of facilitating enterprise organizational change utilizing a diverse range of change frameworks and methodologies
  • Prior experience leading change related to talent practices and centers of excellence in large organizations, and a deep understanding of the underlying change needs
  • Proven ability to effectively partner in trustbased relationships with enterprise functions, including Human Resources Business Partners, Organization Effectiveness, Corporate Communications
  • Exceptional ability to shape and promote change messaging regarding new operating models, future of work and jobs, and embracing growth mindsets
  • Prior experience building and delivering on complex change roadmaps supporting larger business strategies
  • Ability to design innovative and creative change strategies and tactics, adapting to unique circumstances while delivering against committed objectives

  • Relevant change management accreditation is an asset
  • 10+ years related experience, working in a project environment, in large organizations
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
  • Skill in preparing and managing budgets and resource allocation
  • Ability to negotiate and influence
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively in both oral and written form and build relationships across teams and functions
