Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated UX Researcher to join us on a contract basis. This position primarily involves conducting thorough user research rather than focusing on UI/UX design. The ideal candidate should excel at performing detailed user interviews, utilizing a variety of research strategies both online and in-person, and creating insightful research reports to guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth user interviews and deploy diverse research techniques to collect valuable data.
- Emphasize user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- Analyze and summarize research findings into actionable insights and detailed reports.
- Present research outcomes to leadership and different teams to influence product and design choices.
- Develop and update research documentation, such as study plans, results, and presentations.

- Supervise less experienced team members dedicated to user interviews and research techniques, both online and in-person.


Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in UX research, particularly in user interviews and qualitative analysis.
- Ability to produce comprehensive research reports that offer deep insights into user behavior and recommendations for future enhancements.
- Familiarity with modern research tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to simplify complex data into actionable conclusions.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities to share insights with different stakeholders.
- Capability to work independently under strict deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Experience in conducting online and in-person research is highly valued.
