The Role

We are seeking a User Experience Expert with a robust background in UX Design, UX Research, and/or Service Design. You will be tasked with developing, leading, and executing the UX strategy for intricate solutions or multiple interconnected solutions, ensuring that we deliver a functional, user-friendly, and enjoyable experience that meets our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide senior stakeholders and product owners in user-centered design, design research, design thinking, and service design methodologies.
  • Utilize your UX expertise to influence our product roadmaps and lifecycles by conducting UX evaluations, performing user research, and designing, sketching, prototyping, and testing user experiences for digital products that foster intuitive interactions.
  • Maintain design consistency and integrity across various products and projects, advocating for the use of Design Systems where applicable.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in usability, accessibility, UX design, UX Research, and/or Service Design, while mentoring colleagues on these subjects.
  • Act as the Human-Centered Design ambassador at our site, collaborating with globally dispersed colleagues to co-create our HCD strategy and promote awareness of how Human-Centered Design can enhance our products and solutions.

  • A minimum of six years of experience in UX design, including at least two years focused on designing complex solutions for comprehensive digital environments.
  • Proficiency in standard UX software, preferably Figma.
  • The ability to collaborate with clients to grasp detailed requirements and design comprehensive user experiences that align with business needs and vision.
  • Extensive knowledge of UX design best practices, with a strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
  • Expertise in user-centered design (UCD), including planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluations, and addressing usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Familiarity with various workshop methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Customer Journey Mapping).
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients, including senior leadership.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design and design thinking, with the ability to synthesize abstract concepts into tangible design implications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills typically expected of a UX Lead (e.g., active listening, challenging the status quo, strong communication abilities, coaching, and adapting communication styles to different audiences) and a proficiency in English at the C1/C2 level.
