Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team at Bell. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the research, ideation, and design of digital interfaces for our business clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the research and analysis of user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to combine business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints to drive design solutions.
  • Design and develop user interface prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Work closely with visual designers to apply Bell's brand identity to your designs.
  • Communicate design recommendations to stakeholders and ensure design consistency across products and channels.
  • Participate in usability testing and provide UX insights to resolve usability issues.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Portfolio or examples of work.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
