About the Role:

FlyHigh Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience design of our upcoming digital products. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for providing innovative and intuitive design solutions that solve complex business and user problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and prototypes to bring design concepts to life.
  • Conduct market research, user research, and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain the design system for FlyHigh Group, Inc.'s digital properties, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
  • Advocate for user-centric, iterative design approaches and facilitate product design/development workshops with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure design specifications are implemented to a high standard of polish.
  • Contribute to the product management team, helping to define the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for design and a commitment to creating solutions that enhance people's lives.
  • Experience working in a startup environment with a fast-paced and rapidly growing company.
  • University degree in Information Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Web and Graphic Design, or equivalent discipline.
  • 10+ years of UX/UI/Product design experience, with a deep understanding of native app design principles, patterns, and specifications, as well as responsive website design.
  • Deep knowledge of design thinking methodologies and toolkits to help businesses define problem statements, value propositions, and product roadmaps.
  • Experience independently completing 0 to 1 product projects or participating in user experience design for medium and large projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
