We're looking for a versatile Office Administrator/Data Entry Clerk who thrives in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and tasks.

As an Office Administrator/Data Entry Clerk, you will occupy a strategic position in the supervision and optimization of our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Customer service**: Answer the phone and redirect calls
- **Administrative Tasks**: Produce order forms
- **Data Entry and Management**: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data related to the production of steel (on OneDrive) or aluminum in Excel. Input all necessary information into the Phoenix software (the company's proprietary system) regarding the production line.
- **Cost and Selling Price Analysis**: Scrutinize costs and selling prices, conducting in-depth comparisons to ensure the company's profitability. Respond promptly to any discrepancies or potential issues.
- **Collaborative Problem Resolution**: Work closely with colleagues, particularly the production director and general manager, to address challenges related to manufacturing costs. Analyze and solve problems collaboratively to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- **Monthly Production Reports**: Compile all production data into comprehensive Excel reports at the end of each month, providing valuable insights and performance metrics to the management team.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and essential data entry skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Capacity to work autonomously and be proactive.

**Qualifications Considered an Asset**:

- Experience in administration.
- Desired experience with production management software.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production coordination is an asset.
- Must be Bilingual (French - English).
- Ability to perform mental calculations (minutes-hours) and others.
- Knowledge of measurement units such as inches, feet, etc.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un administrateur de bureau/commis à la saisie de données polyvalent qui s'épanouit dans un environnement dynamique où chaque jour apporte de nouveaux défis et de nouvelles tâches.

En tant qu'administrateur de bureau/commis à la saisie de données, vous occuperez une position stratégique dans la supervision et l'optimisation de nos opérations de fabrication. Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- **Service clientèle**: Répondre au téléphone et rediriger les appels.
- **Tâche administrative**:Produire des fiches de commande (CO)
- **Calcul du temps de production**: Appliquez vos compétences analytiques pour calculer avec précision le temps nécessaire à la production des produits au sein de notre chaîne de fabrication.
- **Saisie et gestion des données**: Assurez-vous de l'exactitude et de l'intégralité des données relatives à la production d'acier sur OneDrive ou d'aluminium dans Excel. Saisissez dans le logiciel Phoenix (logiciel de l'entreprise) toutes les informations concernant la fabrication résultant de la ligne de production, incluant la recette des produits.
- **Analyse des coûts et des prix de vente**: Examinez attentivement les coûts et les prix de vente, en réalisant des comparaisons approfondies pour garantir la rentabilité de l'entreprise. Répondez promptement à toute divergence ou problème éventuel.
- **Résolution de problèmes en collaboration**: Collaborez étroitement avec les collègues, en particulier avec le directeur de production et le directeur général, pour relever les défis liés aux coûts de fabrication. Analysez et résolvez les problèmes en équipe pour optimiser l'efficacité et la rentabilité.
- **Rapports de production mensuels**: Compilez toutes les données de production dans des rapports Excel complets à la fin de chaque mois, fournissant ainsi des informations essentielles et des mesures de performance à la direction.

- Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et compétences essentielles en saisie de données.
- Aptitudes solides en analyse et résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant écrite que verbale.
- Sens du détail et de la précision.
- Capacité à collaborer efficacement dans un environnement d'équipe.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et être proactif.
