Senior Process Engineer- Pharmaceuticals

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer with expertise in modeling and control to join our talented team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge solutions for industrial processes, contributing to the growth and success of inCTRL Solutions.
We are a team of passionate individuals who care about solving meaningful problems and making a real difference. Evaluate, optimize, and oversee wastewater treatment processes while integrating advanced modeling, simulation, and control strategies.Employ specialized software for modeling and simulation (SIMBA#) to analyze, predict, and enhance wastewater treatment system performance.
Develop and implement control strategies to optimize process efficiency, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Conduct process evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot technical issues related to process performance. and control systems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate and commission control systems for wastewater treatment facilities.
Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations on process modeling, simulation outcomes, and control system recommendations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
~10+ years of hands-on experience in wastewater treatment, with a focus on modeling, simulation, and controls.
~ Proficiency in modeling and simulation software (preferred SIMBA#) and experience in control strategies.
~ In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and an understanding of regulatory compliance.
~ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and optimize control strategies.
~ Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
~ Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Experience with programming languages for control systems (e.g., MATLAB, Octave, Python).
Familiarity with advanced control algorithms and machine learning applied to wastewater treatment.
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
