Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret plans and specifications for HVAC retrofit and construction projects
  • Submit bids for HVAC retrofit and construction projects for both new and existing clients
  • Estimate, design, and present thermal system solutions to prospective customers, working independently or with the estimating team
  • Take on project management duties, offering functional leadership and technical support
  • Order and manage project deliveries and coordinate with subcontractors
  • Attend site project meetings and coordinate project schedules - tracking job costs and profitability
  • Collaborate with the service team to identify and maximize opportunities
  • Provide operation and maintenance manuals for projects as required

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Education or practical knowledge in HVAC or Building Systems
  • Knowledge of Natural Gas, Propane, and oil is a plus
  • Ability to read, draw, and specify equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly disciplined, independent, entrepreneurial, confident, and well organized self-starter
  • Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
  • Team player
  • Valid driver's license required
