What is the opportunity?
Design, develop and deliver conferences and events for RBCCM component businesses.
Conferences and events are the predominant marketing tool used in developing client relationships, enhancing client knowledge, and promoting RBCCM capabilities; this position contributes to the consistent advancement of these functions, ultimately resulting in continued financial success for the organization.
This position works directly with the businesses and in concert with the rest of the Client & Marketing Strategy Team in advancing their strategy, and that of RBCCM as a whole.

What will you do?
- Manage budgets, critical paths, logistics and onsite delivery for small and medium conferences and events
- Develop registration details through use of online event management software
- Develop webcasts in the virtual event platform when required
- Provide onsite support at larger events
- Prepare & distribute conference & event reporting
- Coordinate individual work packages for larger, more complex events
What you need to succeed?
- 1 to 3 experience in planning conferences and events in a corporate environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Superior skill in Microsoft Office, and other industry technology
- Ability to work with senior leadership, external clients and suppliers, and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong team orientation and communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, changing elements and difficult personalities
