Initiate the technical alignment process by conducting thorough client site reviews. Serve as the primary technician to review all portals, determining best practices for deployment and use.

Onboarding and Security Bundle:

Assist in onboarding new clients, setting up our security bundle, and managing projects impacting the entire client base, such as a toolset change.


Change Management:
Field requests related to potential change management issues. Proven experience in network administration or a similar role.
Bachelor's or Associates Degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.
Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and specifications.
Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
