Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a highly skilled Technical Alignment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for driving technical alignment and elevating our clients' IT experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Site Reviews: Conduct thorough client site reviews to initiate the technical alignment process.
  • Technology Alignment: Serve as the primary technician to review all portals, determining best practices for deployment and use.
  • Onboarding and Security Bundle: Assist in onboarding new clients, setting up our security bundle, and managing projects impacting the entire client base, such as a toolset change.
  • Change Management: Field requests related to potential change management issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in network administration or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and specifications.
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
  • Ability to translate IT language to business stakeholders.

Salary: $100,000
