Our expectations
We are looking for a coordinator to join our Pro Sales Support team.
With excellent stress management skills and the ability to handle multiple files at once, you are comfortable working in a team.
Your ease of communication, combined with exemplary organization, makes you a valuable collaborator within any team.Your quick learning ability and resourcefulness are undeniable assets that allow you to efficiently solve challenges that arise.

Your role
- Manage Pro customer orders nationwide, for both regular and special orders.
- Work closely and maintain good relationships with sales representatives, delivery and reception services, as well as with colleagues.
- Understand the issues facing Pro customers to advise them and find solutions adapted to their needs.
- Stay informed about new products available on the market as well as their features and functions, benefiting from appropriate training.
The qualifications we are looking for
- Experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of the construction field
- Experience in customer service
- Asset: knowledge of company software: MMS, Soda, and other systems
