Your Role: Pro Sales Support Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Pro Sales Support team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment for our valued professional customers.

  • Manage Customer Orders: You will be responsible for processing and managing both regular and special orders for our Pro customers across Canada.
  • Collaboration is Key: You'll work closely with sales representatives, the delivery and receiving team, and colleagues to ensure smooth order execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Advocate: You will understand the unique needs of Pro customers and proactively provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Product Expertise: You'll stay up-to-date on new products and their features through ongoing training, enabling you to effectively advise customers.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or within the construction industry is highly valued.
  • Proven customer service skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Teams), is required.
  • Familiarity with company software such as MMS, Soda, and other systems is an asset.
