Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Pro Sales Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Pro customer orders nationwide, working closely with sales representatives, and maintaining good relations with the delivery and receiving team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Manage Pro customer orders nationwide, for both regular and special orders.
  • Customer Service: Work closely and maintain good relations with sales representatives, the delivery and receiving team, and with colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand the challenges faced by Pro customers to be able to advise them and find solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Training and Development: Keep abreast of new products on the market, as well as their features and functions, through appropriate training.

Requirements

  • Experience: Experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Customer Service: Experience in customer service.
  • Computer Skills: Computer skills: email, Microsoft suite (mainly Excel and Teams).
  • Software Knowledge: Knowledge of company software: MMS, Soda, and other systems (an asset).
  • Language: We require all our head office associates to be proficient in French, spoken and written.
