Key Responsibilities- Store Plan Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy for store plan development, considering the specific needs of professional customers.
- Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with finance, procurement, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the development process.
- Sales Budget: Develop sales budgets for the professional store by analyzing market trends and past performance.
- Sales Strategy Definition: Define strategies and action plans to meet sales objectives, in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
- Strategy Adaptation: Bridge the gap between external and internal sales teams to understand their needs and adapt the store strategy accordingly.
- Merchandising Development: Collaborate with merchandising teams to develop effective and appealing assortments and planograms.
- Project Management: Manage the implementation timelines, coordinate teams involved in the project, and ensure delivery follow-ups.
- Change Implementation: Have strong skills in implementing category resets to make the store operational and attractive.
- HR Development: Define, together with HR and PRO store teams, the operational structure of PRO stores, key competencies required, and develop necessary training programs.
- University degree in project management, administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, ideally in a large corporate environment.
- Proven experience in operations and category management is an asset.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a team and manage multidisciplinary projects.
- Bilingual is mandatory (French and English).
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Initiative and ability to proactively solve problems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
