COMPANY OVERVIEW:
is an exciting startup with a small and extremely talented team.
Our company is focused on transforming how construction companies operate by delivering Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) powered software solutions that solve our customers' most critical needs.
Our flagship product is an estimating platform that saves construction companies thousands of hours and dollars during their bidding processes.
Those saved hours are often repurposed to bid on more work and increase their revenues.
We have more leads than we can reasonably handle and are looking for our first Account Executive (AE) who is passionate, action-oriented, and results-driven to join our team as we grow and expand.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our product into an underserved and untapped market while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Your role will include building meaningful client relationships, understanding our customers' unique needs, and guiding them toward integrating technology into their businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT YOU WILL DO):
Sales Outreach & Building Relationships
- Qualify, own, and manage leads through the entire sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
- Execute lead generation activities including cold outreach, webinar hosting, and participating in relevant industry events.
- Develop and update sales materials.
- Ensure client satisfaction and foster additional sales opportunities with existing customers.
Build Strong Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain an uptodate knowledge of our product and effectively communicate its benefits and value proposition to potential customers.
- Gather and act on client feedback to improve offerings.
- Collaborates with our product leader, engineering team, and CEO to ensure that expectations are set during the sales process and met during implementation/delivery.
Measure and Deliver Results:
- Leverage our CRM (i.e. Hubspot) to manage all sales activities.
- Develop and execute account strategies that meet and exceed revenue objectives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLES):
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate effectively.
- 25 years of experience in midmarket SaaS sales, with a history of managing B2B sales contracts ranging from $10k$100k.
- Demonstrated success in selling technical products through a structured process.
- Proven record in tracking and achieving ambitious sales targets.

- Experience working in a startup environment
- Experience in construction, property, industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors
- Strong domain expertise with knowledge of the construction industry ecosystem and awareness of estimating functions with specialty contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields or equivalent sales experience.
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or Hubspot
COMPENSATION:
We will strive to provide competitive compensation that helps to attract, retain, and motivate the best and brightest.
Our total rewards package will include a base salary, attractive commissions, and the potential to earn equity after a probationary period.
- OTE $90K to $130K (Uncapped Commissions)
- Equity Bonuses Available Based on Performance.
