Job Opportunity: Showroom Lighting Specialist
About Us:
Join Montreal Luminaire & Hardware, the leading lighting distributor in Quebec, specializing in top-tier lighting, decorative hardware, and home accessories. Renowned for our commitment to exceptional customer service, we extend our offerings to a diverse clientele through our expansive 15,-square-foot showroom in the heart of Montreal as well as our e-commerce website online.
We are looking for a Lighting Specialist to join our team, working with customers in our beautiful showroom.
REQUIREMENTS:
Passion for selling high-end luxury products. Effective communication in English and French with customers about order status, shipping updates, and product availability. Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Competence in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment. Previous experience in the design trade is highly desirable. Other related tasks.SPECIALIZATION:
Experience in design is considered an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Assist customers in selecting suitable lighting solutions and decorative hardware based on their needs and preferences. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels: phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding preferences and needs. Efficiently handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims with professionalism. Collaborate with the customer service team to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay informed about product features, specifications, and industry trends to better assist customers. Plan for merchandise display in the showroom (seasonally).************************************************************************************************************************

EXIGENCES :
Passion pour la vente de produits de luxe haut de gamme. Communication efficace en anglais et en français avec les clients concernant l'état des commandes, les mises à jour d'expédition et la disponibilité des produits. Recherche proactive de commentaires des clients pour identifier les domaines d'amélioration et mettre en œuvre les changements nécessaires. Compétence dans les applications Microsoft : Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook. À l'aise dans un environnement en constante évolution. Une expérience antérieure dans le commerce du design est fortement souhaitable. Autres tâches connexes.SPÉCIALISATION :

RESPONSABILITÉS :
Fournir un service client exceptionnel, répondre aux demandes, résoudre les problèmes et garantir la satisfaction globale. Aider les clients à sélectionner des solutions d'éclairage et de quincaillerie décorative adaptées à leurs besoins et préférences. Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients par divers canaux : appels téléphoniques, courriels et interactions en personne. Établir et maintenir des relations client solides en comprenant les préférences et les besoins. Gérer efficacement les retours de produits, les échanges et les réclamations de garantie avec professionnalisme. Collaborer avec l'équipe du service client pour rationaliser les processus et améliorer l'expérience globale du client. Se tenir informé des caractéristiques des produits, des spécifications et des tendances de l'industrie pour mieux aider les clients. Planifier l'affichage des marchandises dans la salle d'exposition (saisonnier).Requirements:
