In this Product Specialist sales role, you will be responsible for driving Agilent Technologies' high performance Mass Spectrometry (MS) systems and solutions into Life Sciences and Applied Markets accounts. You will work both independently and in a team with Account Managers and Application Engineers, carry quota and be compensated for all high performance LC/MS and GC/MS sales in the specified geography. You will be expected to create and develop MS opportunities, as well as successful strategies and tactics to sell complex MS based solutions. You will be one of an elite team of specialists driving Agilent's success in this competitive marketplace.

Mass Spectrometry Life Sciences Product Specialist Position Primary Responsibilities:

Develop customer relationships Prospect for new opportunities Follow up on leads promptly Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle Successfully negotiate complex sales transactions Create and deliver seminars that educate, increase awareness and interest, ultimately leading to new Agilent customers Manage a complex set of demands and relationships to maximize customer satisfaction while exceeding Agilent Mass Spectrometry sales goals Provide market and product feedback to R&D Use CRM and other tools as required to drive business Serve on the MS specialist team, lifting everyone to higher achievement

The Canada pay range for this full-time position is 107, – 178, /yr CAD, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
