The Role

  • This role will report to our Sales Operations Manager; primary responsibility will be product pricing, along with all aspects of operations as needed to support our Trade and Retail sales teams.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Sales Closing & Reporting
  • Daily, quotations and contract pricing to sales reps for specific customer requests
  • Liaising with sales agents for pricing, contract requests, and commissions
  • Product pricing approvals in coordination with product marketing and finance
  • Contract usage reporting and analysis
  • Managing major pricing schedules and promotions
  • Customer/distributor analysis (new and existing) including P&L Analysis
  • Customer master updates & coordination with shared service center
  • Processing of accounting journal entries for Month End Close
  • Market reporting coordination EFC
  • Balancing critical deadlines re sales requirements and corporate deliverables
  • Ad hoc requests to support the business as required

Individual Requirements:

  • Business degree, with Pricing or even lighting industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, Advanced Excel Skills preferred
  • SAP ERP handson experience would be desirable
  • Other: Excellent communication, analytical and conceptual thinking, information seeking, confident, customer service orientated, presentation skills, collaboration, organizational awareness & commitment, ability to deliver in fastpaced environment
