The Role
- This role will report to our Sales Operations Manager; primary responsibility will be product pricing, along with all aspects of operations as needed to support our Trade and Retail sales teams.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Sales Closing & Reporting
- Daily, quotations and contract pricing to sales reps for specific customer requests
- Liaising with sales agents for pricing, contract requests, and commissions
- Product pricing approvals in coordination with product marketing and finance
- Contract usage reporting and analysis
- Managing major pricing schedules and promotions
- Customer/distributor analysis (new and existing) including P&L Analysis
- Customer master updates & coordination with shared service center
- Processing of accounting journal entries for Month End Close
- Market reporting coordination EFC
- Balancing critical deadlines re sales requirements and corporate deliverables
- Ad hoc requests to support the business as required
Individual Requirements:
- Business degree, with Pricing or even lighting industry experience a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, Advanced Excel Skills preferred
- SAP ERP handson experience would be desirable
- Other: Excellent communication, analytical and conceptual thinking, information seeking, confident, customer service orientated, presentation skills, collaboration, organizational awareness & commitment, ability to deliver in fastpaced environment
