Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and will play a crucial role in ensuring customer demand is met by facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to address customer needs and resolve order-related issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all activities are executed in a timely and precise manner;
  • Lead initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience;
  • Manage product listings with clients and act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and order challenges;
  • Establish and oversee product and customer data across multiple systems;
  • Process purchase orders in coordination with the operations team;
  • Stay informed about the evolving landscape of the Cannabis sector;
  • Drive additional sales revenue through exceptional customer service on existing orders;
  • Execute product and GS1 submissions with a high level of accuracy, supporting the process from initiation to launch;
  • Ensure that product information remains current and accurate for all clients;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (such as Procurement, Supply Chain, International Business Management, or Logistics);
  • Proficiency in the complete Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems;
  • Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities; fluency in English is essential;
  • Familiarity with the Cannabis industry and its sales dynamics;
  • Awareness of current trends within the Cannabis sector.
