As we continue to grow and expand into new communities, we find the need to strengthen our team with the addition of a Project/Warranty Coordinator.

Our clients appreciate the attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship that we provide in our work as we strive to provide them with the home of their dreams.


We are looking for someone responsible and self-motivated, with the necessary understanding of building codes and municipal bylaws as well as residential construction to fulfill this role.

They will be tasked with completing pre and post possession walkthroughs for new homes, identifying any deficiencies and working to ensure they are completed in a timely manner as well as ensuring that the final inspections are completed on the home.

From there, they will also be tasked with the completion of any warranty items that emerge over the course of the first year of occupancy.

The pay rate will be based on experience. Responsible person who is self-motivated and has customer service skills to help manage the clients. An understanding of construction and adaptability are important qualities to have.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prepossession and postpossession inspections
  • Assisting in finding deficiencies and arranging for their timely repairs
  • Fixing any deficiency items before the possession walkthrough
  • Preparation for final inspections
  • Updating scheduling and progress on work
  • Updating scheduling for warranty items
  • Following up as necessary to ensure the work is completed
  • Handling of warranty claims
  • Scheduling and conducting warranty walkthroughs
  • Coordinate and track the completion of seasonal work
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of job sites
  • Other work as assigned
Experience

  • Residential construction experience
  • Carpentry skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge of trade functions is an asset
  • Ability to set and maintain timelines and schedules
  • Customer service skills
  • Good driving record with a valid driver's license

Salary:
From $25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
