Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects as an owner-representative project Coordinator, supporting our client's capital project portfolio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
- Oversee the project and support the Project Manager.
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in owner's representative industrial project Coordinating.
- Background in engineering or technologist field is an asset.
- Exposure to the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
- Mechanical and/or electrical experience is an asset.
- Previous experience in potash or heavy industrial.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) designation is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
