PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Within NAM Services engineering team he/she belongs to, the Process Owner is in charge of

  • Defining the Metier Process referentials he/she is the owner of, and all the related training materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Defines the Metier Process referentials with the Metier community:
  • Ensures consistency of the Metier Process referentials with other metiers referentials, metiers in interaction or referred by the Metier Process
  • Defines Metier Process needs to be considered for the Metier tools' evolution
  • Develops the Metier Process training materials
  • Ensures/monitors the Metier Process referentials deployment into platforms/projects/site teams
  • Collects feedbacks and returns of experience from platforms/projects/site teams to sustain the Metier Process referentials and the way of deploying them
  • Acts as the Alstom referent in his/her field of competency

Performance Measurement/KPI's

  • Deployment/Implementation rate of Metier Process referentials
  • Site competency matrix assessment
  • Site MRM assessment

Educational Requirements
University degree in engineering related to Railway industry or similar (Automotive, Aeronautics, Aerospace )

Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering in railway engineering
  • Several contributions for Process referentials improvements
  • Working in teams across multiple sites and cultures (international)

Competencies & Skills

  • Fluent in French & English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Rigorous, structured, and organised with Handon approach
  • Systems Engineering/Integration conceptual knowledge
