Role Summary and Purpose

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support _
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with daytoday administrative tasks.
  • Manage branding efforts and employeefocused initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing calendar to ensure that all activities are tracked and executed on time
  • Content Management Assistance _
  • Support the management and update of property listings, marketing materials, and digital content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's brand standards.
  • Digital Marketing Support _
  • Event Coordination _
  • Assist in organizing and promoting company events, including new building launches and tenant engagement activities, ensuring details are handled efficiently from planning through execution.
  • Market Research Support _
  • Stay up to date on current and emerging marketing trends.
  • Gather market research and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Compile and deliver research findings and feedback results in a clear and concise manner to the Marketing Manager.
  • Analytical Support _
  • Assist with the collection and analysis of marketing data (such as web traffic and engagement metrics).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Communication _
  • Facilitate communication with external vendors and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery and quality of marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Budget and Invoice Management _
  • Help track marketing expenses, process invoices, and assist with budget reports to ensure that marketing initiatives stay on budget.
  • Meeting and Report Preparation _
  • Prepare materials for marketing meetings and compile reports on campaign results, market research findings, and other essential data to support decisionmaking.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 23 years' experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably within property management, construction and development, or asset management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with YARDI is preferred, not required.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the marketing field.
  • Clear police background check.
  • Vehicle required for travel to various Old Oak sites.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some overtime or weekend work may be required under special circumstances. Flexible hours may be available for this role, at the discretion and approval of the VP, Operations. This position requires the incumbent to be on-call in the event of an emergency.
