Administrative Assistant


Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Administrative Assistant will assist Goodwill's Marketing Team and its efforts to support mission and business across the Organization.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Goodwill's Marketing team; including, helping with mail, deliveries, data entry, and customer service
  • Help prioritize support requests that come into the department from various locations and platforms
  • Support Goodwill's voucher program by distributing, logging, sorting, and scanning vouchers
  • Receiving marketing requests for signage and materials, packing orders, and mailing to Goodwill locations across the Province
  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries for the Marketing department
  • Packaging and delivering outgoing mail for the Marketing department

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years' administrative experience is preferred
  • Postsecondary diploma (or current enrolment) in Office Administration, Business Administration, or another Administrative program is considered an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) is considered an asset
  • Access to a vehicle and holding a valid Ontario driver's license and insurance is considered an asset
