Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

Planning and coordinating all service calls as they are received.
Efficiently dispatching technicians based on client proximity.
Following up with technicians at the end of each call.
Responding to all messages left overnight.
Maintaining and optimizing the appointment calendar and technicians' schedules.
Forecasting daily and weekly workloads.
Conducting administrative tasks related to the billing process.
Keeping customer records up to date in the database.
Comparing service time sheets and order forms with the maintenance schedule.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Exceptional bilingual proficiency in French and English.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt, learn, and demonstrate curiosity.
Decision-making, initiative, and proactive attitude.
Geographical knowledge of the service area or map reading skills.
Knowledge of the automotive industry or telemetry (asset).
Strong customer service orientation and impeccable professional ethics.
Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
