About the Role

As the Global Automation Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Global Customer Operation team, focusing on innovating business processes digitally. Your main responsibilities will involve leading automation projects with a worldwide reach and significant impact on the organization. You will oversee intricate tasks and projects to ensure the achievement of our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting L&P Operations by spearheading key strategic projects and acting as a proficient in global technology & business process for automation
  • Planning and executing automation projects effectively to meet objectives and align with strategic priorities, proposing enhancements that back the business rationale
  • Supervising REPH and domestic dedicated automation resources for code development, testing, and compliance audits
  • Collaborating with GCO leadership to determine optimal solutions for process enhancement endeavors
  • Teaming up with GCO practitioners to create process maps, conduct root cause analysis, and benchmark processes
  • Ensuring seamless implementation and compliance with audit requisites in different environments through effective collaboration with key resources

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in process automation
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects and handling multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of business operations and processes, including expertise in Global Order-To-Cash, Product Services, AR, Credits/Collections, Customer Support, and Sales
  • Proficiency in business process mapping
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas concisely to various audience levels, including top-tier management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse cross-functional setup
